A lot of you loved my previous free productivity tools post, so today I’m sharing my current best productivity tools for our busy lives. It’s really difficult to find the right platform, tool or software to use when there are so many time-saving productivity tools out there! This list is all the tools I found really easy to use yet effective for your business. Hope it helps!
1. Freshbooks If you are looking to streamline client invoicing, project management and time tracking process, Freshbooks is a great blogging software to use. It’s compatible with a lot of applications and tools like G-Suite, PayPal and Stripe. It lets you customize documents for your brand which is a plus. Even if you are not a numbers person, Freshbook accounting software is straightforward and easy to use. You can try out the 30-day free trial and after that it’s only $15/month. See more details!
2. OptinMonster
If
you want to gain more leads and grow revenue for your business,
OptinMonster is your key. I’ve used this few times for clients with
Wordpress websites. But it works with any websites with no problems.
OptinMonster is super easy to use. You create a landing page with their
pre-built template and drag and drop features. Then you simply target
your audience, demographics, behaviors etc (think of it when you build
ads) and test it out. It’s like landing pages builder + email builder so
two birds with one stone platform. See more details.
3. PicMonkey and Canva
PicMonkey and Canva
are both useful websites when creating images for business. Both of
them are free to use and they also have affordable paid plans. However,
they have slightly different features to look at. I personally use
PicMonkey when editing the image, putting effects, retouching and
designing. Whereas for Canva, I use it when I want to make various
banners, social media graphics, quick logos and so on.
4. Grammarly
If
you don’t have Grammarly yet, you need to. this tool has been amazing
and helping me along the way while writing anything. Whether it’s your
cover letter, resume, project, research paper or an article, having
Grammarly will auto-correct so amny of your typos. It’s free to use but
if you upgrade, it has more detailed proofreading features which is
helpful. Grammarly’s premium plan is perfect if you are writing a book
or government law documents, something serious where not just typos but
overall flow of the paragraph needs to make sense. See more details!
5. Weebly
My website is through Weebly
and I love it. Despite what other people say, I’ve been using Weebly
for almost two years and did not have any major problems. It’s super
easy to use, drag and drop interface, responsive website and coded, so
you don’t really need to touch anything. Weebly’s customer service
staffs are always willing to solve your problems in real-time. You can
also connect your Weebly account to G-Suite and Google Domains which are
great. I pay only $12/month and everything is included as well as
hosting. If you are looking only for hosts, I recommend Google Domains, BlueHost or GoDaddy.
6. Tailwind
This
tool is specifically for Pinterest. If you want to earn money or drive
crazy traffic to your website, invest in their paid plan. You will be
surprised on how many visitors you can bring with Tailwind. There are so
many people around the world using Pinterest on a daily basis, so many
pins going around per hour, Tailwind’s auto pin scheduler is what you
need. You have to think of Pinterest as a search engine like Google
where people look for information instead of just another social media
platform. See more details!
7. Influenster Sign up for Influenster now and start receiving trendy products for free! I really love this platform because not only you get free products, you can also discover new things before everyone else. You can share your experiences from products you already have and write reviews. The more reviews you write, the higher chances you have to receive free things! Isn’t that fun? Influenster has a lot of categories of products. From beauty to food, snacks, health, pets, travel and many more! See more details!
8.ShareASale
One
of the biggest platforms to sign up for if you are starting out or want
to make money from affiliate marketing. ShareASale has more than 4.5K
partners and good news is many of the companies are the companies we are
familiar with! Very easy to find. With ShareASale, you can create
customized ads, banners, videos and links that will look good on your
website. The report tool also shows detailed results so you know which
one performs the most and so on. See more details!
9. ClickMeter
ClickMeter
is the perfect tool to monitor, compare and optimize all of your
marketing links in one place, to increase your conversions! Let’s say
you have 10 different affiliate links to manage. With ClickMeter
reports, you can track the performance of each link and analyze them.
It’s super useful with a lot of features you can take advantage of. You
can think of it as less complicated Google Analytics. See more details!
10. Clickbank
Clickbank
is another affiliate marketing platform just like ShareASale. My
favorite features of Clickbank are that they have wide range of products
with a lot of categories you can promote from, you get a good cut
compared to other affiliate programs, and they have a fast payout. One
challenging part I found while using Clickbank was the products since I
wasn’t really familiar with the companies they partnered up with. But no
worries here, you just have to do a quick research looking at grav or
sorting by popularity. Also, even if you don’t know the company, if the
company is well-known, try using some of their products and then promote
it so it is more trustworthy for others. See more here!
11. Sovrn (formerly Viglink)
Last but not least, my all time favorite and the most easiest affiliate marketing tool is Viglink. You can literally make money by turning any website product link to affiliate link using their Bookmarklet. It’s a no-brainer that you need to start using this for all the products you genuinely love and want to share. Sharing the link on your social media pages like Pinterest or Facebook works really well
