But that’s rarely the case, actually.

That’s why good coaching is 99% mindset and 1% strategy.
But you don’t need to hire a coach to analyze where your attitude might be holding you back from achieving your goals and taking the necessary action steps to change your mindset — because there are so many incredible free/affordable resources out there that will get you exactly what you need!

- Mindset: The New Psychology of Success:If you are new to working with your mind to achieve your goals, this is a brilliant book to start. Stanford University psychologist Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D. shows how everything in our lives can be dramatically influenced by how we think about our talents and abilities. People with a fixed mindset — those who believe that abilities are fixed — are less likely to flourish than those with a growth mindset — those who believe that abilities can be developed. Upgrading from a ‘fixed’ to a ‘growth’ mindset is one of the most transformational you can do for your life!
- Mind Hacking: How to Change Your Mind for Good in 21 Days:
I love this book because it’s a complete guide to rewire your brain and improve every area of your life. Expect lots of analyzing, visualization, and reprogramming to help you remove the blocks that hold you back from realizing your full potential. - You Are a Badass at Making Money: Master the Mindset of Wealth:This book is not your typical guide to financial success. Filled with hilarious stories of her own life, author Jen Sincero offers a practical, funny and spiritually-infused guide to upgrade your money mindset. The book guides you through uncovering your limiting beliefs and fears about money, creating a new reality and getting as rich as you want to be. A must read for anyone struggling with making the money they desire.
- Hardwiring Happiness: The New Brain Science of Contentment, Calm, and Confidence: Everything in life is a matter of perspective. Whatever happens to us, we can react to it with a sense of gratitude, calm and happiness — even when we are facing challenges or going through tough times. Unfortunately, our brain has a negativity bias which means we are more likely to focus on the bad in any given situation. But with this book, you can change how your brain is wired and go from feeling anxious, stressed and pessimistic to feeling confident, safe and happy every day.
- Self-Coaching Workbook Mental Blocks: Identify & Overcome the Gap Between Where You Are And Where You Want To Be: I had to add my own book to this list because unfortunately so much of the mindset books out there are very science based and just not actionable enough to create real transformation. That’s why I created this step-by-step workbook to help you understand, identify and overcome the mental blocks that keep you stuck in life. The book allows you to coach yourself out of any self-limiting beliefs so you can finally live the life you were meant to live!
